These Terms of Service govern all information requests, aviary visits, and bird enquiries made through the website pickinparrots.com.
2. Enquiries & No Online Payment
This website does not process automated payments and does not collect credit card, banking, or cryptocurrency wallet information. Enquiry forms are used solely to initiate contact; all arrangements are finalized directly with our aviary specialists.
3. Shipping and Collection
Live animals are transported exclusively via licensed, climate-controlled specialized courier services adhering to European animal welfare guidelines. Personal collection from our aviary by appointment is welcome and encouraged.
4. Health Guarantee & Documentation
All birds leave our aviary with an official veterinary health certificate, closed leg rings or microchip identification, DNA sex determination certificate, and full CITES Article 10 certificates where required by European species protection laws.
5. Animal Welfare Standards & Guardian Screening
The lifelong welfare of our birds is our highest ethical priority. We explicitly reserve the right to decline adoption enquiries if suitable, species-appropriate housing (sufficient cage dimensions, daily flight opportunities, appropriate avicultural knowledge) cannot be demonstrated. We do not place companion parrots into isolated, substandard environments.
6. Lifetime Breeder Support & Rehoming
We provide lifelong guidance and consultation for every bird hatched in our aviary. In the event of unforeseen personal hardship or life changes, we actively assist in responsible rehoming or accept the bird back into our care following veterinary quarantine, ensuring no PickIN Parrots bird ever faces neglect or abandonment.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory statutory consumer protection regulations of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
